MHHNP Organizational Overview

Memorial Hermann Health Network Providers, Inc. (MHHNP), is a clinically integrated, independent physician association governed by a 20-member Board of Directors elected by MHHNP member physicians.  Founded in 1982, MHHNP is the largest physician organization of its kind in Texas, offering leadership that is unsurpassed in today’s healthcare industry.

MHHNP’s 3,400 physician members cover 15 counties in Southeast Texas and comprise more than 90 percent of the active medical staff at Memorial Hermann hospitals.

Our administrative support team is aligned with MHealth, which provides: Health Benefits Administration, Medical Care Management, Occupational Medicine, Workers Compensation Programs, Health Plan Contracting and Physician Credentialing.
