For TexNet Area (Texarkana) Residents and Visitors
Wadley Health System (TexNet)*

*The TexNet network must be used by all residents of the TexNet area (Bowie and Cass counties in Texas and Little River and Miller counties in Arkansas).  All plan members who reside elsewhere must also use the TexNet network when visiting the four counties except during emergency situations.  TexNet providers outside the four counties are considered out-of-network for all plan members.  To find a TexNet provider, select the Wadley Health System (TexNet) link above. 

Note: The following TexNet providers listed on the TexNet website as in-network are considered out-of-network for all plan members.

  • Atlanta Memorial Hospital

  • Atlanta Memorial Hospital Sleep Lab
  • Linden Municipal Hospital

For Rest of Arkansas (not Little River and Miller counties) Residents and Visitors
NovaSys Health

*NovaSys providers in Little River and Miller counties are considered out-of-network for all plan members.  Residents of the TexNet area (see above) must receive an authorization to see a NovaSys provider when visiting the NovaSys area except during emergency situations.  Residents of the Rest of U.S.A. area (see below) do not need an authorization to see a NovaSys provider when visiting the NovaSys area unless the service itself requires an authorization.  To find a NovaSys provider, select the NovaSys Health link above. 

For Rest of U.S.A. (not TexNet Area or Rest of Arkansas Area) Residents and Visitors
Private Healthcare Systems (PHCS) Network administered by MultiPlan

*PHCS Providers in the TexNet area and Arkansas are considered out-of-network for all plan members.  Residents of the TexNet area (see above) must receive an authorization to see a PHCS provider when visiting the Rest of U.S.A. area except during emergency situations.  Residents of the Rest of Arkansas area (see above) do not need an authorization to see a PHCS provider when visiting the Rest of U.S.A. area unless the service itself requires an authorization.  To find a PHCS provider, select the PHCS Network link above.
